2007 Aston Martin V8 Vantage Roadster 4.7

The V8V is well known as one of Aston’s best drivers focussed cars of recent years and they now represent fantastic value for money too. This particular example could well be the best example on the market today, not only does it have a wonderful original spec, the Mercury Silver paintwork in immaculate order, the same with the beautiful cream interior. Visually, you’d be hard pressed to find a better presented car. Turn the key and you’ll begin to see that it’s not just been aesthetically cared for, it has been looked after in a manner that we’ve not seen on any other. No sticky or damaged buttons on the interior, no scratches or marks on the paintwork, or alloys and that’s just the beginning…

 

With £40k of Bamford Rose upgrades, you have 485bhp of fury breathing through a full exhaust system, creating a beautiful V8 soundtrack, controlled by big upgraded brakes and a suspension upgrade too, on the road this car is head and shoulders above a standard V8 Vantage. It rides like a magic carpet and accelerates unlike any other, aided by the extra ratio on the sport shift gearbox, it really is plenty fast enough by today’s standards.

 

This car ticks every single box, the condition is outstanding, the history is perfect and the proof is in the pudding as they say, it drives leagues ahead of all of the other V8V’s out there and it even sounds better too. With low mileage and ownership to boot, it’s rather hard to overlook!

If you’ve read this far, you’ll already be aware that this car has really had every last bit of TLC you could possibly ask for, with full AMSH other than Bamford Rose doing the upgrades and looking after the car posthumously, the car comes with 3 keys, every available booklet, brochure and letter from the factory available at the time. The paintwork, interior and mechanicals are all absolutely perfect and will stand up to any inspection. Even the tyres are fresh Michelins all round, it truly is a no expense spared car. The car has 15 service stamps in the booklet, but many more on invoices to go with it. Last serviced at Bamford Rose at 29,626 miles, the car is ready to be enjoyed.

 

From new, the car was utterly adored, with every single letter, rare brochure and booklet from the factory kept in the history file, all three keys and a leather-bound history file housing every invoice ever, including the original purchase document. The original owner clearly loved this car, as he proceeded to spend circa £40,000.00 with Bamford Rose to upgrade the engine from the factory 4.3, to a race derived 4.7 litre unit, pushing out a much more impressive 485 bhp, some 55 more than a standard 4.7! But the upgrades didn’t stop there, it also had their big brake kit, to slow the car down as easily, upgraded suspension was then added, which is still electronically adjustable to suit the factory spec to keep it all in check. That’s still not the end though, as it was then treated to a full stainless-steel valved exhaust system, including the headers, meaning a significant weight saving from the factory unit, but also a much better flow rate and noise too. The original owner sold the car after a lengthy ownership, but regretted it, as it was that good, so bought it back from the second owner! So, in reality it only had two owners before its current keeper! This fact also stands as a testament to just how good the car is in every aspect. So, in essence, this is the best V8V you could possibly wish to own, all of the spec, fresh upgrades, a better driver’s experience, more history than the Egyptians and in perfect order throughout.
